Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the IQMeter service (iqmeter.cloud) collects, uses, and protects users’ personal data.
By using the service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following data:
- Name — provided voluntarily when unlocking the result for display on the PDF certificate.
- Email address — provided voluntarily to receive a copy of the certificate. It is not used for mailings without your consent.
- Test results — your IQ score, answers to questions, and category statistics. Stored anonymously and linked to the browser session.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, country. Used to determine currency and interface language, and to protect against abuse.
- Payment data — processed by the payment operator FreedomPay (Freedom Finance JSC). We do not store bank card data.
2. How we use data
- Generating and issuing the PDF certificate.
- Sending the certificate by email (if provided).
- Generating personalized recommendations based on test results with the help of AI.
- Maintaining an anonymous participant ranking.
- Improving the service based on aggregated statistics.
3. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except for:
- FreedomPay — for payment processing.
- OpenAI — for generating personalized recommendations. Only anonymized test result data is shared (without name or email).
- Government authorities — where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Data retention
Test results are stored for 12 months from the date of completion. Email and name are stored together with the result and deleted with it. You may request deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].
5. Cookies
We use cookies for session operation and interface language detection. See the Cookie Policy for details.
6. Security
Data transmission between the browser and the server is carried out via the secure HTTPS protocol. We take technical measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
7. User rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction, or deletion. To do so, write to [email protected].
8. Changes to the Policy
