Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between the IQMeter service (iqmeter.cloud, the “Service”) and the user.

By starting to use the Service, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

1. Service description

IQMeter is an online service for taking a standardized intelligence test. The Service provides:

  • free access to the IQ test;
  • free viewing of the short result (IQ score);
  • paid unlocking of the full report, PDF certificate, and personalized recommendations.

2. Use of the Service

  • The Service is available to persons aged 14 and older. Persons under 18 may use the Service with the consent of their parents or legal representatives.
  • The use of automated tools (bots, scripts) to take the test or interact with the Service is prohibited.
  • Attempts to obtain unauthorized access to other users’ data or the Service’s internal systems are prohibited.
  • Test results are intended for personal use only and are for informational purposes. The Service is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of test results.

3. Payment and refunds

  • The cost of unlocking the result is shown on the payment page and depends on the user’s country.
  • Payment is processed through the FreedomPay payment service. We do not store bank card data.
  • After successful payment, the result is unlocked immediately and remains available indefinitely via a unique link.
  • Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not provided, except in cases of a technical failure on the Service’s side confirmed by the logging system.

4. Intellectual property

  • All Service materials (questions, design, texts, algorithms) are the property of IQMeter and are protected by copyright.
  • The PDF certificate issued to the user is intended for personal use. Its commercial use without the Service’s consent is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

  • The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but we make efforts to ensure availability.
  • Test results are an approximate assessment and do not constitute an official psychological opinion.
  • The Service is not liable for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Personal data

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always published on this page. Last updated: June 2025.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
